Release of Liability

The renter hereby waives any and all claims for recovery against Island Auto Rentals Tci / Rasco's on any basis and agrees to hold same harmless from any injuries the renter or any third party may suffer in the use of the golf cart, owned by Island Auto Rentals Tci / Rasco's. The renter further agrees to pay any costs and attorney fees that are incurred by Island Auto Rentals Tci / Rasco's involving any lawsuit filed against the renter.

Damage to vehicle

The renter agrees to follow all vehicle code laws of Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos and shall be responsible for any and all damage to the golf cart unit caused by the renter. Damage charges: body damage $400–$800 · broken mirror $150 · lost key $80.
